In June, the all-new 2006 M-Class, built in Vance, Alabama, continued its strong momentum in the market. Later this year, the R-Class, which represents a new segment Mercedes calls the Sports Tourer segment, will be available at dealerships. These models will further expand MBUSA's position as offering the widest product portfolio in the luxury vehicle market and the company expects yet another record year.

Detailed vehicle sales information for MBUSA and Chrysler Group will be announced later today in separate press releases issued by the groups. June 2005 had 26 selling days while June 2004 had 25 selling days.
