ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 1997--1MAGE Software Inc. (NASDAQ:ISOL) has signed Hagen & Associates Inc. of Houston, to its 1MAGE(R) software reseller program.

Since its founding in 1984, Hagen & Associates has provided consulting, systems analysis and design, as well as software migration services to its clients. Hagen & Associates' client set is represented prominently in the manufacturing, oil and gas, and other commercial market segments.
