NSW: Opposition sends warning to government

New South Wales Opposition leader KERRY CHIKAROVSKI has warned Premier BOB CARR against
stalling debate when parliament resumes today.

Mrs CHIKAROVSKI says the state government gagged debate at least 23 times last year.

And stopped Coalition and Independent MPs from raising important issues, such as hospital
waiting lists and rail safety.
